Although Henderson’s Breakfast scene has grown by leaps and bounds over the past five years the Southwest remains limited, a handful of Instagram Cafes doing nothing but assembly of store-bought ingredients hardly qualifying as quality in comparison to Chef-driven concepts or places like Rosallie where Jonathan Pluvinet and his team continue baking everything in-house daily while changing the menu frequently enough to keep luring back regulars.
Now inhabiting 6090 South Rainbow Boulevard for three and a half years, a second location in Florida actually outpacing the original in sales, it was by way of catering that some forty items both sweet and savory were delivered by General Manager Chrisophe at 7:00am on Valentine’s Day, staff arriving to find the break room perfumed by Butter, Yeast and Sugar.

N/A: Making it blog policy to not ‘rate’ places based on catering alone Rosallie once again outperformed expectations by arriving before their store even opened with this Breakfast spread. It is for precisely this reason that the idea to #supportlocal in all catering endeavors was hatched and why places making everything from scratch deserve guest’s business over places who buy their Bread from USFoods or Sysco, slap some Jam on it and suggest a hashtag to post in front of some balloons or a wall full of plants.
