cocktails and continued conversation after dinner at Lago it was to the bar at Le Cirque that our group walked and although no one had planned to order food it was with inquiries about the new pastry chef that three selections were presented, both the Parfait and Genoise showing an unexpected Eastern influence despite the decidedly French environs, while the Souffle was nothing short of textbook.
