Shuttered May 24th, and reopened 9 months later at 1450 West Horizon Ridge Pkwy, it would be hard to name a worse overall dining experience than dinner at Served.
Known for globally-influenced Cuisine, and enjoyed previously at Brunch, the recent re-location finds owner Matt Meyer inhabiting a substantially larger space, the former TATA Bistro as yet unfinished, dark and drab with a menu that lacks any semblance of focus.
Is it Asian? Peruvian? American or French? Who has Chef Meyer ever worked for to take on such a project? The only real obvious answer is that he has quickly bitten off more than he can chew with sloppy Lomo Saltado and Miso Carbonara featuring burned Pork Belly alongside thick Pasta with clumpy Cream-based Sauce.
Don’t like it? Too bad. Chef will call you names before admitting errors, per multiple accounts including this writer who was called as “Asshole” for offering feedback.
