A Los Angeles icon since 1980, owners Mashti and Mehdi Shirvani considered by many the first purveyors of Persian Ice Cream in California, it is by utilizing Ingredients such as Iranian Saffron that flavors extend far beyond Vanilla or Chocolate, in this case Saffron Rosewater & Pistachio that is nearly as creamy as it is aromatic.
