Proud to use no preservatives or artificial colors, the slow-churn assuring creaminess, Gaeta’s Gelato comes off the spade less sugary than many with Sicilian Pistachio par to Florence and the signature flavor fresh and bright up front followed by a subtle Vanilla linger.
