Asian inspired but rooted in Italian technique, the base thicker and creamier than many, it is inside the small space that guests will find two-dozen handmade flavors ranging from Ube and Matcha to Nutter Butter, a few complimentary tastes eventually yielding sweet Butter Beer and texturally complex Horchata for $12.40 on a Cone.
