Visited on a hot August Sunday, perfect for Popsicles in a variety of flavors, The Paleta Bar premise begins with handmade Ice Pops offered dipped, topped or mixed into drinks such as as nearly $10 Mangonada with Chamoy and Aguas Fresca.
Appealing to a local audience with Avocado, Durian and Ube, or to traditionalists favoring Rice Milk with plenty of Cinnamon, Hispanics reminiscing of childhood will fall in love with Bubblegum, though perhaps not the $5 tab with added Mochi bites.
