Still family owned, the head baker and operations managers both involved for over 35 yeaars, Lee’s options lean classic with Cake, Yeast and filled – a daily-special Raspberry Fritter very special indeed with shiny Glaze plus Fruit in the middle and in the Dough.
Only trying one Yeast Ring, fluffy but a bit tightly formed, Cake for $2.50 each are exemplary whether topped in Vanilla, Maple, Strawberry or infused with Cocoa beneath rich Chocolate Frosting.
