Tucked away on Apáczai Csere János without much signage Jacques Liszt features the work of Mihály Juhász, a former attorney who turned to baking in 2012 and has since made a name for himself with Sourdough Loaves and Pastries.
Not near any major tourist destination, a lack of fluency beyond Hungarian expected, those familiar with traditional Pastries will be glad to find Turos Batyu and Tonkoly Szilvalekvaros Papucs each executed well while Viennoiserie such as Chocolate Snails and filled Croissants are just average.
