Formerly home to Ppang Bakery 1004 Cafe opened early 2025, their embrace of Kpop just in time for a recent boom though a noon visit on Thursday found the sizable space mostly empty.
Bakery, Coffee Shop, Market and more, a limited menu of kitchen items also available, it was while upbeat music played loudly overhead that a server offered hot Coffee over Ice as an alternative to Coldbrew, the results lukewarm and diluted while Pastries tasted included two “Pies” that are actually a Chocolate Sponge base beneath thick Mousse or Lemon Curd.
