Known best for “Sammiches,” two oven-warmed Cookies surrounding a scoop of Ice Cream for $6.80, Chunk-N-Chip sweetens the deal by offering samples of both halves, the rounds difficult to get a grasp of in tiny fragments but enough to know “Rose Almond” is far too floral while Red Velvet with Fruity Pebbles is better than it sounds.
Offering plenty of room for customization, the concise collection also available at $1.95 per Cookie and $4.50 a scoop, the best deal for those desiring variety comes by half-Sammich, salty-sweet Kitchen Sinks delicious whether studded by Cereal or gooey from Nutella while frozen “Ding Dong” riffs on Hostess nicely, but comes up short in texture compared to smooth White Chocolate imbued with crunchy bits of Honeycomb.
