Serving Graz since 1688 the Sorger family is almost synonymous with the Styrian capitol’s Bread culture, locations across town offering Loaves, Pastries and more daily following a philosophy of tradition combined with craftsmanship.

Dedicated to sustainable practices, most Ingredients processed by the company from regional Produce, entering the Sporgasse flagship discovers a sizeable footprint filled with options ranging from overly “bready” Krapfen to an elongated Danish filled with creamy baked Apples.

Offering a full menu for guests dining-in at prices lower than what is found in Vienna additional Pastries included a bland and overbaked Cinnamon Roll easily set aside for Sorger’s jumbo Nut Horn and a slice of excellent Esterhazy Torte.
