Larger than the original in Frederiksberg, an old timber-framed building with indoor seating and a terrace looking towards the opera house, recipes here continue Hart’s style of rethinking tradition by way of myriad morning Pastries plus later-day choices such as Sourdough Pizza topped lightly with Sauce over a medium-thick Crust up to the perfect cornicione.
Prone to daily change and early sell-outs, a 14h00 arrival finding selections limited, it was alongside Coldbrew of locally roasted Beans that “Side Cake” showed well from the moist Chocolate Crumb to a trio of Toppings such that no two bites are alike.
