Located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, the store itself bridging a street not far from the Bosphorus, it is inside close quarters that everything from Turkish treats to Viennoiserie is offered, small balls called Lokma crackling to yield Syrup while Tuzlu sold by weight range from Nuts to “Pizza.”
Offering outside heated seating beneath an awning, perfect to watch passers-by, Coffee comes from Julius Meinl and pairs equally well to an Almond Croissant that would benefit from a longer proof and Strawberry Buns with Cream inside.
