The story of two Dubliners and their Sourdough starter named Paddy Arán Bakery began when Kinga Pécsi migrated her love for baking at home to a small business, Attila Pécsi’s knowledge of Restaurant management soon seeing the couple with lines each day for a taste of their Breads and Pastries.

Internationally inspired thanks to stints in San Francisco and France, Arán Bakery’s Croissants offering crackling lamination around a delicate honeycomb matrix, guests will also find Nordic Cardamom Knots offered alongside traditional Jewish-Hungarian Flodni.

Opened in 2018, Kinga’s buttery Brioche the base to Bostock slathered in Sour Cherries beneath toasted Coconut, fans of Strudel should not miss the Apple-shaped Danish with golden layers surrounding a center of gently cooked Fruit laced in Baking Spices.
