With David Chang a virtually ubiquitous name amongst “foodies” since 2004, both Ramen and Bao owing the Momofuku empire a debt of gratitude for their prevalence on menus across America, Majordōmo Meat & Fish hopes to bring the success of its Los Angeles location to guests visiting The Palazzo.
Rare to attend “Grand Opening” parties, Saturday offered a unique opportunity to see what David Chang has done with the old Carnevino space, and having first experienced the Chef’s food a decade prior inside the cramped confines of Noodle Bar one can only marvel at how far he has come.
Obviously not a “review,” some 400+ people mingling with Beverages and Bites while a DJ played loud, diners can expect everything from small bites to sharable Entrees with an eye towards #instagram, all while Tastys sliders occupies a space across the hall for modestly priced Burgers on-the-go.
